3. Orders and payment

  • Payments are processed securely through our service providers (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay).

  • ChicQuébec reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly in the event of suspected fraud or incomplete information.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery is free throughout Canada.

  • Total times (processing + shipping) are 9 to 15 business days .

  • ChicQuébec cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers or events beyond our control (customs, bad weather, etc.).

5. Returns and exchanges

  • You have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn, unwashed product in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping fees may apply depending on the reason.

  • Sale or personalized items are non-refundable .

6. Limitation of liability

ChicQuébec cannot be held responsible for any indirect, accidental or consequential damage resulting from the use of our products or services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ChicQuébec.ca (texts, images, logos, designs) is protected by copyright laws and may not be used without written permission.
