Q: How do I place an order?

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders are processed quickly, but please contact us as soon as possible at store@chicquebec.ca for any changes or cancellations.
Delivery
Q: Do you offer free delivery?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping anywhere in Canada, with no minimum purchase.
Q: What are the delivery times?
A: Our total lead time (processing + shipping) is 8 to 12 working days after confirmation of your order.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: For the moment, we only deliver to Canada.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn, unwashed item in its original packaging.
Q: How do I make a return?
A: Email us at store@chicquebec.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.
