1. Accepted Payment Methods

2. Currency and Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

  • Applicable taxes (GST, QST, or others depending on the province) are calculated automatically at the time of payment.

  • For international orders, any additional customs fees, import duties or taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

3. Security and Authorization

  • All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

  • Chic Québec never stores complete bank card information.

  • In some cases, additional verification may be required to ensure payment security.

4. Payment Time and Pre-orders

  • Standard orders : Payment is taken immediately upon order confirmation.

  • Pre-orders or special items : Payment can be made at the time of ordering or as indicated on the product page. This information is always provided before purchase.

5. Refunds and Returns

  • You have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return or refund (see our Return Policy).

  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method as the original purchase.

  • The processing time is usually 5 to 10 working days after receipt and validation of the returned item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

6. Payment Failures and Cancellations

  • In the event of a payment failure, you will be notified by email and asked to update your billing information.

  • An order may be automatically cancelled if payment is not completed within 48 hours.
